NCH Election Rules
MODE OF ELECTION
(Under Section 7 of UAH Act, 1965)
The Section 7 of U.A.H. Act deals with the elections of the Council.
- The elections are held after five years on Provincial basis by direct balloting system. All registered practitioners duly renewed cast their votes for all seats of their related province.
- For two college seats all teachers of the recognized Homoeopathic colleges participate in the election.
